A Rumbasim Dance Question

I don't see why teenagers wouldn't be able to learn it since they do have the Selvadoradian culture skill but I don't think kids are able to learn it since they don't have the skill?... Don't quote me on that though... :'D

I won't quote on that. :) Some of the moves that the sims do when dancing the Rumbasim remind me of the forbidden dance. Which is why I had to ask if sims that are young as children can learn that dance.

I have tried to have children learn the local culture skill, but they won't, even if their Social skill is maxed out. Teens can learn all the skills in the game except Parenting skill from Parenthood game pack.
In conclusion: Children won't be able to dance that, but teens can.

That's what thought from some of the moves that Sims do in the dance.

Does the culture skill need to be maxed out? I've a sim at level 3, but still can't do it.
