Although it is a lovely suggestion, I think real life cultures put in this game, shown many times to be a bad idea, it causes arguments I dont know why but it does, i agree with @Sharonia that real life issues should only remain in real life and keep this game as an escapism, I think sims should stay comical and keep seriousness out, although it's also a nice suggestion adding breast cancer awareness items, in real life we know it exists, alot people either had it, has it or known someone that died from cancer, again most people play sims too escape real life because oh boy it's hard
