I also don't want to sound rude but I probably will so here goes. I personally don't want real life issues in the game. Like just stop it. Stop trying to please everybody with items and focus more on the game play.
Inclusivity is nice and all but it was never made this much of a big deal when the Sims 1, 2 and 3 were the current games and nobody complained, they just got on with playing the games.
The more the developers try to be inclusive the more they make others feel alienated or left out and before we know it all we will have is a game with hundreds of useless items and terrible game play. It's already heading that way. They focus so much on providing items, clothes and other things in the name of inclusivity that the game play is suffering for it.
