A Toggle for Alien Abduction; Why it's Needed.

The three lot traits limit is no longer a problem, since "Atttracts alien abductions" would be a Lot Challenge, not a Lot Trait. As of Cottage Living we can have limitless lot challenges in addition to three lot traits.

Toggles would be best, though.
