Yes, I got them, more than I had bargained for in fact. A whopping 56 of my 148 pumpkins came out orange, and that after never before having harvested one before in this save. It's mind-boggling, but mission accomplished. (I don't have UI extension, but the ingame cheat menu has similar options via shift-clicking with testingcheats enabled. Just no color picker.)
