I was having the same issue but then I found this an it works wonders first type in: testingcheats on the type in: stats.set_stat commodity AlienAbduction_cooldown 0,
and then hit enter then next type: interactions.push AlienAbduction_BeAbducted,
i did that 4 times and the fourth time he came back and his stomach region sparkled and now he is pregnant by abduction.
