Ability to hide specific items from B/B and CAS!

Would anyone besides me be interested in something like this? There's tons of stuff in the catalog I don't use and would love to just hide without disabling the entire pack. The filter system helps so...

I find this being helpful at some point, especially since I am a builder, and need to limit what I can use so people don't complain to me on the Gallery saying that I use too many packs.
