I'm glad that I saw this post. I only just now tried to have a Sim make an experimental dish for a story. That's when I realized that it's only available to cook at home with the chef station.

Bummer.

I'll have to use cheat codes to get the dishes. How silly. Food is food. Sims should be able to make it anywhere.
