Eh vampires used to break into your house for a bite, but it's been nerfed to hell. Though there is a very, very rare chance they will break in, but I only had it happen by putting the vampire nexus lot trait (it attracts vampires) and even then it took forever for it to happen.
The only invasive thing I can think of is them not growing old and dying, they stay young adults (and above) forever. Another thing is them wandering the streets at night, but it's the same thing as townies walking/jogging around during the day.
