Actually be able to enter all buildings! No rabbit holes!

You can tell that most of the people who want all RHs banished only play one sim at a time. :P I tend to play families so I do not want to have to try to micromanage everyone.

Having rabbit holes as workplaces is vastly superior to the old TS2 system, where they just disappeared offscreen. How boring was that??
But I do want open shops and restaurants and I want a way to customize all buildings so some kind of programmable marker like the fog emitters would be ideal.
