Adult Acne? HELP!!

This happened in my game when I didn't realise the teen had acne when she aged up to YA.
I fixed it by turning off acne in pack settings. The acne disappeared immediately. I turned the settings back on and the acne did not reappear.

It's an open bug. Mccc works with changing statistic rto -100 on both. Unfortunately turning acne on and off doesn't work for everyone.
