Adventure Awaits Positive Thoughts Thread

Well, it looks like I"m finally going to turn that behemoth of a house in Brindleton Bay (can't think of the lot name right now) into a Writer's Retreat

Definately setting up a couple of Bed and Breakfasts in worlds I'm always forgetting to use (like Tartosa)

I just hope that setting up a Sim to run a Custom Venue is Optional.  With both Get to Work and even more with Businesses and Hobbies, you at least need a Sim to set it up.  I'd love to just set up one from Build Mode and send my sims there.
