Advise for my own Specter family

Hello guys,

Since a new Olive Specter and her family arrive in the latest Life & Death pack, what should I do with my own Olive Specter?

Here is the background: I have my own Olive Specter living with her niece Ophelia. She was married to multiple guys and I have been killing these guys to fill up the graveyard at the back of her home. My Olive is also into seance and archeological activity as her hobby. 

In short, she is an accomplished sim and has achieved many perks. It is kinda big waste if I just delete her out of my game so I need advice on what to do with her?

3 options that I can think of:

A - rename into a different household with different background - Anyone can advice how her story should go?

B - remove her entirely from my game.

C - maintain her as it is as a doppelganger but this is not what I prefer.

    I have the same issue.  i also have a Nervous Subject who is living with the Beakers in Oasis Spring.  They are also in the Maxis Gallery.  And now there is another Ophelia in the Maxis Gallery that was recently added.  I was going to make one of the Olive's into her sister Willow and possible change the new Ophelia into her father Creon.  Not sure what to do with Nervous Subject with the Beakers.  I liked that storyline.  Maybe Olive had twins and one ended up staying with her and one went to the Beakers?  I'm not sure.  I'm currently not into playing the Sims right  now anyway so I have time to think about it, I guess.
