I think Sims 3 had an African safari or zoo in a game pack because I have seen people asking for it to be brought to Sims 4, so maybe the animal images are a hint that it might be coming to Sims 4? but what you say is true and I hope an African country inspired pack would have a whole lot more than just that. I hope it would it be something like Snowy Escape with new neighborhoods, food, culture, festivals, etc. or a new vacation destination.
@Elliandre, there are no African safaris or zoos in the Sims 3 game but there are African themed items that can brought from the Sims 3 store on the old TS3 site that has furniture as well as clothing items. So that might be what people are talking about when they ask for African safari items. And if anyone had any type of zoos in the their game, then it was created with CC.
