@lisasc360 That's interesting. I never got to play Sims 3 because I couldn't run it on my other computer, but I've been thinking of getting it since have the EA play discount which makes them pretty cheap to add at around $8 a pack. I wish they had called the game packs "World Packs" like in Sims 3, because some of the game packs didn't come with a new world. I really look forward to new worlds.
@Elliandre, I love Sims 3 myself but I do play Sims 4 every once in awhile. I only have the Seasons EP and Island Living EP as well as the Nifty Knitting SP for TS4 while I have all EP's and all but 2 SP's for TS3. I'm just a late comer to TS4 as I didn't get the game until 2019 when EA had it for free for a few days during the Spring that year. And for the packs that I do have, I got those for my birthday thanks to someone giving my hubby a Amazon gift card for Christmas and so he used it to buy those packs for me.
You should try the game again if you have a good computer now and if you can get them for those prices with the EA play discount. I'm surprised that EA hadn't thought about calling some of the packs world packs when there's a world included in said pack. New worlds are always good to have as it adds variety to any Sims games. I was the same way when EA was still making new worlds for the Sims 3 store but at least we still have players that can create new worlds with the Create-a-world tool that the Sims 3 has. It would be nice if Sims 4 had more empty worlds like Newcrest where we either add from the library or gallery or build in. I remember TS2 coming with several empty maps for players who love building and adding their own buildings and homes to the map... :)
