After update, my Sim have forgotten all family, friends, and pets!
Omg!! She no longer knows anyone, even those in her household. I have repaired the game 3 times, and she still knows no one. Please help me find/restore her relationships!!

@MzRoadRunna do you have any backups of your save? If so, her relationships should still be intact in the backup save. Try copying it to your sims 4 folder. If you don't have any backups, the game automatically makes them. Just press the little save icon with a circle arrow on the load game screen and select one of the recovery saves.

Edit: just another thought I had. Do you have get to work? If so, an alien may have erased her memory. Try rolling back the save and see if she remembers.
