Age up a pet

There's a Age up/age down treat. Your sim can either buy it at a vet (unless they own the vet) or craft it if they have the lab machine.

you can use cheats. "testingcheats on" first then "cas.fulleditmode" and shift click the pet and take it to CAS then age it up.
