Not at all, you were not. I was simply curious why people seem to get so offended about 'necro' threads. There is another person (not you!) that I very frequently see make a nasty posts about it, and I do not understand. I think if someone finds and old thread, and has new information about that old thread, it is a kindness to post further in it. That way if anyone else has the same problem, they will know a solution has been found. Or that a solution still has not been found.

And yes, I have seen a few trolls who seem to like making spam comments on old threads, but they seem fairy rare. Not common enough to justify the response I have seen some people post.

I don't know if this question is relevant but do pregnancies for other households progress off screen if you're playing with aging turned off?

(I mean if the sim from the other household is already expecting)
