AI routing - lazy/unprioritized implementation?

Does anyone else feel like its like that? Seems like nobody bother to implement actual AI routing collision, where Sims just phase and clip through one another. Or didn't have enough production time, ...

This is probably in there because if you play older sims games you’ll see they got stuck all the time! I’m thankful every time they pass through each other, much better than the alternative. I always thought that was an improvement that came with TS4!
