AI routing - lazy/unprioritized implementation?

I’ve had sims route failure whilst trying to put their toddler to bed- whilst standing next to the bed. I don’t use MOO or cheat so it can and does happen. I’ve also seen route failure fairly recently in other occasions too. I’ve told my sim to go to the bathroom whilst she’s in the garden and she whines she can’t go there.
