Alien Abduction + Pregnancy Question

Sorry, I know this is old, but I am extremely peeved that the abduction pregnancy chance was basically neutered because people complained nonstop because it made them "uncomfortable." 

IMHO, a cleaner solution would have been to keep the pregnancy chance at 50% and then have a toggle to "opt out of Alien abductions/pregnancies." Because reducing the chance just ruins the fun for the people who want the alien pregnacnies.
