Aliens, Ghosts, Neither or Both?

The Gen 3rd heiress Married a grandson(?) of the Nancy and Geroff Landgraab whose father was an alien. So his and America's (Gen 3 heiress) have alien interactions. My current heiress (Gen 7) and her twin moved into the same apartment where their Mom and their "Aunt Leah" (technically Cousin like 2/3 times removed) lived and also where some other more distant aunts passed away in and one of these two ghosts helped me with a story plot in Gen 7-regarding The heiress' true love.

The Vampire thing is coming in Gen 8-not there yet.
