All my kits have vanished.

If you need help with this issue, I strongly suggest contacting EA Help through Facebook Messenger. I tried help.ea.com and the service agent basically blew me off saying there was nothing he could do because it was still being investigated. But loads of people on Twitter have all their content back. So at the suggestion of Crinrict I went through FB Messenger instead and an agent named Lynn had my pack back in my account in about 3 minutes, and most of that time was just her verifying my identity to be sure I was authorized to let her alter my account. Once she established I owned the account it only took her about 30 seconds to put it back.

Meanwhile, I happened to have the Kitchen Kit even though I didn't buy it. It's auto-downloaded to my game. And when I check on the gift log (the EA portal), no one has gifted me the pack. I told the EA Help & they told me to wait for 24 hours and revert if there's any changes to the log later on. :#

Hello, the issue is fixed for me now. When I opened Origin this morning, it auto-prompted an update and now my Kits are back in my game.

Thanks devs for fixing the Kit problem. :)

I purchased the country kitchen and bust the dust kit, I was playing with them fine last night. I went to load up my game today and it said items were removed, I realised it was the kitchen.

I left the game and checked the kit and it's saying I never purchased them? I've tried restarting my pc, reinstalling origin it doesn't help.

Same for me, I just loaded up the game and noticed the kits items were all missing - when I look for the kit information in game it says 'unowned' and origin don't remember that I bought them. So annoyed right now. I wonder what the heck is going on?

multitudes of people on twitter are reporting the same issue. More each minute.

I have the same problem, it shows I never bought 2 of the 3 kits, I'm glad it's being worked on
