It's no surprise, but I'm not terribly pleased about it. I would definitely have at least liked to receive some sort of prior notification from EA that a regional price change was going into effect, rather than getting an unpleasant surprise when I went to buy the new SP.
I can live with it, but it certainly makes me nostalgic for the days when the CDN was on par with the USD.
