So are you recommending to have a park, but change them with each season? Such as roller rink to ice skate rink?

MTS is considered pretty safe; it's been around for I don't even know how long. Those lots should be CC-free too so they should be good to drop in and place. I personally have parks in different areas that lean toward a season, i.e. autumnal/halloween park in Brindleton Bay, summer parks in Oasis Springs, winter park in Granite Falls, etc. If you don't mind swapping the rinks according to the season or even just replacing the lot (say the spring park from the link with the summer one once spring ends), then you can do it that way of course.
