All vampires are getting Perfect Sun Resistance?

Sorry if this is already a topic I really tried to search for it but couldn't find anything. It's really annoying me that every time I switch households I'll go back and my vampires will have perfect ...

Is there no way to just get rid of it completely? A few vampires have thin-skinned as their weakness which is annoying.
