I watched the video.
I mostly agree with what this Youtuber says about Male CAS. It does often seem like an afterthought and there is definitely not enough basic masculine clothing. As for the "long feminine hair", that's where our opinions clash. There are plenty of men with long hair like that (I know a guy...(s)). I believe the issue here is the Sim's head shape. Long hair just looks odd on that particular sim he created. It can look quite masculine on a different head shape. I know this because I use long hair on males all the time and I'm telling ya, they're manly man masculine.
As for the femboy and fundad situation, (what on earth is a fundad?!) - he's saying that you CAN already create those in CAS since a lot of the male clothing is either gender neutral or feminine.
I don't really understand what all the above has to do with being aromantic though. What is the issue exactly?

Could you define "turn on" within the context of an aromantic relationship? How does an aromantic "turn-on" express itself? Is that a sexual turn on, or "merely" a feeling of love and appreciation? I could feel the latter for anyone that I have a non-romantic/non-sexual relationship with. A good friend, basically. As Egon already mentioned, Growing Together offers a social compatibility system.
In your opinion: In what way should Sims that are aromantically "turned on" by each other, express themselves ?
Hmm... Perhaps I'll bring out the definition here. I don't like I have to use that word, but it's the necessary evil it seems.
Let's Google "turn on" and we'll get:
turn on
- start the flow or operation of something by means of a tap, switch, or button.
"she turned on the TV"- [Informal] excite or stimulate the interest of someone, especially sexually.
"if that's what turns you on that's fine by me"
Let's Google "turn off" and we'll get:
turn off
- stop the operation or flow of something by means of a tap, switch, or button.
"remember to turn off the gas"- leave one road in order to join another.
"they turned off the main road"- [Informal] cause someone to feel bored, disgusted, or sexually repelled.
"the idea just turns me off"
Notice the "especially sexually" part in turn on? Yep, the words "turn-on" and "turn-off" are mostly in the context of love and WooHoo. Not to mention The Sims 2 used the same words for traits that determine the romantic chemistry.
And as told I've mentioned and I'll mention again: Growing Together exists. They recently made it so that high Social Compatibility won't make it easier to romance the sim too.
