Always too cloudy for sunbathing?
Every day it always says too cloudy for sunbathing. I even had a mermaid do clear skies and it remained too cloudy for sunbathing. I have the summer set at 28 days. Anyone having this problem?

I tried in every season, it should be at least one day when I can sunbath, but it doesn’t happen.
