Always too cloudy for sunbathing?
Every day it always says too cloudy for sunbathing. I even had a mermaid do clear skies and it remained too cloudy for sunbathing. I have the summer set at 28 days. Anyone having this problem?

In summer, mostly days are without any clouds, it’s hot and still my sims can’t sunbathing. So it seems like I have to wait for update.
