- What is that? That's weird...
- LaBlue03148 years agoSeasoned Ace@xamira99 That was all it said, I copied it exactly as they had it.
- That's totally weird.. I'm going to check out my gallery..
- Kathykins8 years agoSeasoned AceI've read about people doing downloads cheating, but this doesn't sound like that. No idea what that would mean. I'm puzzled...
- Emm.. I didn't see it... :#
- JestTru8 years agoSeasoned AceI downloaded a couple sims today with no issues.
- ValiantRedKnight8 years agoSeasoned AceProbably just the usual gallery drama. I remember somebody was accusing Maxis of being corrupt because their custom posed sims never got any maxis favourites or something.

Lol I have the extremely unpopular opinion that custom poses should be classified as custom content. I'd love to see the fires.
They should!! It's not very fair for the others.... - paradiseplanet278 years agoSeasoned AceAs a Gallery browser myself, there's been some talk about some petty people playing a kind of flagging game where they flag all the popular creations leading to the creations not being able to be seen if users have reported content hidden. That started earlier this month.
As I'm starting to use custom poses myself, I disagree with them being marked as custom content. The only reason I use them is because the basic poses we're given are boring and don't provide better closeups of the Sims with them. The same can be said about the ways lots are viewed on the Gallery. Those camera angles rarely do some of the lots real justice.
If we had better poses and camera angles to play with, I probably wouldn't have to use custom ones. - SweetieWright_848 years agoSeasoned AceMy question is how do they know it's fake downloads? Just because someone downloads your stuff doesn't mean they have to favorite it, right? I, myself, only favorite stuff that I really like, and plan to use again across several saves. Also, what if someone gets a new computer or something and they would have to re-download the stuff they've shared, right? I actually have had to do that a while back. I think they just worry too much about Maxis favorites and numbers, honestly. I upload to share, yes, but I also don't care about numbers. If people like my stuff, fine. If they don't, that's fine too. Not losing any sleep. The only problem I have with the gallery is when people re-upload your stuff.
