Am I missing something that is going on in the gallery?

While in my game I decided to see what others that I have been following has added to the gallery when I came across this note put up by someone. Gallery has been taken over by cheaters and fakers, ...

I think they are mad in regards of their items being downloaded and someone else taking credit for their creation by uploading the item again without giving credit to the original creator.
