Am I missing something that is going on in the gallery?

While in my game I decided to see what others that I have been following has added to the gallery when I came across this note put up by someone. Gallery has been taken over by cheaters and fakers, ...

It was typed by another simmer that she's following on the gallery. It's not anything official from EA.
