When a living person eats Ambrosia it will put them at the beginning of their current life stage. So if a young adult eats it before they age up, they will be returned to the very beginning of their young adult life stage. If an adult eats, it will put them at the beginning of their adult life stage, and the same with elders, they will be at the beginning of their elder life stage.
