An important question regarding The Sims 4 trailer

Hello,I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer the following question: In the trailer for The Sims 4 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DyNv44QR14g, there is a scene where a woman appears to have chosen her match, and then children are shown, and her partner appears with a somewhat unclear pregnant belly.I wanted to know, according to the creators of this trailer, who this family is - the man and the woman? It is unclear due to the appearance of the pregnancy next to the small children at home and also because the man does not have a beard.This couple created in the trailer is a man and a woman (a straight couple, right?).This question is very important to me for personal and health reasons, and I would like an official statement clarifying the issue of the pregnant belly (maybe it’s for humor, etc.).I would appreciate a description of the trailer (if they gave names to the couple or the general sequence of events).Thank you, and I request an honest answer that addresses my concerns.

    @mny648704 the Sims in the game can all be customised by you. So the trailer isn't really of that much importance. I'm not sure why it would impact "health" but your game is your game and all gameplay decisions are made by you. Each Sim can be customised in Create a Sim to allow pregnancy or to disallow pregnancy as it has been for some time. It can be accessed via the Customisation panel in the top left hand corner. Sim households often join the game with a pack but can be easily deleted by a player or edited in CAS.

    So the trailer is just showing you the game's varied and diverse possibilities. It's a demonstration really and that's all.

    Ok you're talking about the scene at 0:57. Like @simsplayer818 rightfully said, you can customize your sims in any way you like. If you're playing in English you can assign them pronouns. You can create a male presenting sim that can become pregnant, not so long ago the developers added breast scars to add on your sim. There are many possibilities.
    The trailer simply shows the different possibilities, nothing more nothing less.
