Oh my! Same! I live next to her but its her husband, but hes even worse because he barged into my apartment and used all our facilites after he was done yelling, my child sim had to escort him out.

Yes I agree ! I lived next to her and she came in saying her refrigerator was broke and she needed to forage through my leftovers which are my sims prepped meals !!! And she told my sims to go have fun and not complain about all the noise they make

I have to say I love your siggie. That has always been my favorite Disney movie. I was six when it was released. ;)

Have you tried to invite Anya around for a cuppa?

I've find it that if the neighbours are friends with each other it keeps the noise frequency down and the complaints down. Might be a coincidence but I don't think so. Also leaving positive and affirming notes on the noteboard might help too. I have an apartment situation involving the Beedhas and my other household that includes Salim and his family where when I was playing Salim's household, it was an all out warfare between them and the Beedhas and their relationship bars were in red accross the board. It got so bad that I would have invited them over for some nice pufferfish dinner if the Beedhas' weren't in my rotation and that they have a toddler I have have plans for when she grows up.

When I went into that household again, when their turn came in the rotation, the relationship bars had neutralled somewhat. Due to that, I decided to do an experiment due to another apartment neighbours situation involving 3 households that don't have this problem. Well, except for the occasional noice problems/noise complaints, there is peace and balance. Oh, btw. Doing a comedy routine on the microphone after 9pm did send young Zoe Patel into an awful tizzy. Johnny probably woke up junior.

This is where Raj Rasoya lives (his mother has moved out), and I have two other households on that landing. The differences is the high friendship between the households. For instance, Zoe Patel and Johnny Zest are BFF and Johnny is good friends with her boyfriend and their little toddler boy. Plus, Raj Rasoya has them all over for dinner (he cooks alot) all the time. Keys have also been liberally shared between them as well and Johnny loves to come over to Raj and clean out Raj's trash.

Now, back to Salim's household and the Beedhas; this time around I have been careful to have each household visit each other when I have been playing them and up their friendship, including the kids. I believe that that is the key for the peace that they have now. Jesminder for instance, who has a key, is always waltzing right in (normally I'd find that annoying but as it is her, I don't mind much). The Beedhas' do let loose once in a while but not as often as before and as the Beedhas' live in the Quiet apartment, they never complain (never have, the noise complaints has always been one sided on that landing).

So...maybe that cuppa might help?

She's never been rude to me. In fact Anaya Jang is one of, if my not my favorite premades. She always comes over to my sims apartment and cleans up. :D Don't worry, I let her use their computer as thanks ;)
