And I Didn't Catch The Shot!

Drat it all. My poor Teen Notable Newcomer, nominated for Best Song for the very first time, has a very bad bout of gas. I'm all set to send him down to the recording studios to start an album package. But he's got some really, really bad gas. Just now, he tooted out what looked like a large musical note! I missed it. I should have paused right then and there to capture that. Truly a face/palm moment.

So, please share your moments of regret for not catching the shot. :)

    I can't tell you how many dramatic poses, romantic kisses and perfect expressions I've missed because I wasn't fast enough. Worse are the ones I've missed because some other sim picked exactly that moment to walk into the frame or some bloody lamp, chair or wall is in the way.

    I think I take 10-20 screen grabs for every 1 I use.

    I'm always missing screenshots. Either I don't think to take one at the time or the setting is just too bad to make a decent one. Like being in a room that is so small I'd have to take one with the walls down (or be right in the sim's face), or the lighting is just really bad. I suppose with the lighting I could go into build mode and place some temporary hidden lights, I just never think to at the time.

    Right before Erik was able to place his Tile, his baby brother, Adrian decided to stand on the designated spot for the tile! :open_mouth:
