Also:


  • Check your Recycle Bin for MCCC folders and restore it (let it override the updated version of MCCC).

    • If you deleted individual files rather than the folder, just restore the .cfg files (MC settings and Dresser if used), create backups of them and skip to step 5.

  • Move the .cfg files (MC settings and Dresser if used) to the desktop or a backup folder somewhere.
  • Update MCCC again.
  • Place copies of your .cfg files in the MCCC folder to restore your settings.
  • Load up your game and use the restore function on your save game rollback to a previous version.


    You might lose some progress, but it's better than losing the whole save. You also get your original settings back in case you missed something.
