Do you think SimGuruGeorge was teasing about improved babies? Like babies that grow a bit and can be moved out of their bassinet, changed on a changing table and hopefully taken for a walk in a stroller?

If it were a hint, the gurus always reply to one another jokingly. I get people really want some more info, but this is a stretch.
