Annoying Phone calls early in the morning about "gigs"?

All of my played sim households get annoying phone calls super early in the morning saying something along the lines of "hello, this is your job agency..." blah blah blah, and a button to open to view...

Does this happen to everyone else or is it possibly some mod I'm using that is causing it?


It happens to me and it did annoy me, but I learned to ignore them, I do not use mods in my game.
