Another Cottage Living bug: Watched Rabbits don't count

I have watched 12 wild rabbits so far, and I still get a "Watch 3 wild rabbits 2 / 3" in my list. The third one never triggers.

Edit: I had to change neighborhood for it to trigger. Even tho I watched rabbits from three different stumps in the woods, it didn't trigger until I went to the open fields part of the map to that stump there. Still seems like a bug.
