Answers for Dine Out "Food Never Served" issues - fix for Shimuzu (and others)

You may want to change the title to answers for restaurant issues, or something like that. I've linked this thread in my blogpost so tumblr/simblrs can get answers. Might be able to get this thread stickied. :)
