I have updated my OP to list the food never served causes and answers first. I tweaked the title a bit too - I just don't want to name it "answers to restaurant issues", at least at this time, because this thread is really about the specific problem of food service. Which is kind of the main point to the pack I guess lol... Anyway hope it makes the thread more visible for those with these problems! It never occurred to me that for some menus, some food would not get served if its object was not on site. I mean that makes sense of course; I just don't think the venues I've gone to have had any of those items on the menu. Makes me want an ice cream shop now!
