Answers for Dine Out "Food Never Served" issues - fix for Shimuzu (and others)

Thanks so much for this post. Shimizu was the first restaurant I tried and my sims sat down waiting for their food for almost twelve hours... food that never arrived anyway.
Not the greatest first impression, I must say :sweat_smile:
