This is EXACTLY my case, lol! I mean, I bet a LOT of people used this restaurant first because who doesn't want a Japanese restaurant?!!? Bad luck for EA that they made this small little goof and didn't catch it in testing... or didn't test enough... and lots of people thought it was a huge bug.
