Answers for Dine Out "Food Never Served" issues - fix for Shimuzu (and others)

My problem isn't that the food never comes out, it's that only the drinks and dessert come out; never the entré or the appetizer. It is very annoying and I even tried the repair game option and nothing changed. If anyone knows why this is happening, please tell me!
