In the behind the sims video they talked about a neighborly expansion and I think there will be updates to things like worlds and especially residential lot types, there will probably be stuff like hotels, motels, and duplexes, there will probably also be more advanced gameplay and interactions with neighbors. It also said hustle and hustle so I think they will add something like a way to run a company from home, I also think it could be kids being able to do chores for neighbors and do other things like making lemonade stands, they can maybe also make it so if you are moving away you could have an open house.

I was thinking it had something to do with a real estate career and features that may be related to it.
