Any news about The Sims 4 Supernatural ?

I love the Vampire Game Pack, so I’m all for the Game Pack approach.
One of my fave Supernatural/occults that I want is also one... I’m really unsure if/how the Sims 4 would include them (mermaids).
I wonder if mermaids would require an entire Game Pack with a small water or beach “world” (like Vampires’ tiny neighborhood/“world”), or if the devs would include them on the side into an entire beach EP.
I think it depends on how they deal with the witches and any other occults after the vampires. If witches are a GP just like the vampires, then I feel that mermaids maybe could be in a potential GP, too.
It would really depend on when/if they start introducing actual beaches/islands and swimmable ocean.
If they added some water-like tools in the far future way after they finished with the terrain tools, then I could see the mermaids finally being introduced. Maybe.

I’m excited about other potential packs with other themes for Sims 4, of course, but I would be super-super-super happy when/if mermaids ever come back in the Sims series.
The Island Paradise Pack was the first expansion I ever got for Sims 3, and I was always lukewarm to Sims 3 (never bought anything after base game until Island Paradise), so that should tell you something about my love for that occult, lol. :smile:
The good thing about Game Packs is that other simmers can skip them if they don’t like the theme. I know there are simmers out there who dislike mermaids, so if mermaids were in a game pack, then those simmers can skip that pack and avoid the whole mermaid thing.
(I’m speculating that swimmable oceans would either be in a free patch or be part of an Island/Beach Expansion.)
