Any other long time players just now learning to enjoy Sims 4?

Played Sims since 1, own everything for 2&3. 4 came out and I played the free trial. Hated it. Ignored it for a year until Get to Work came out, bought the base and that and tried again. Hated it. Ign...

The DLC and content updates over the last 4 years have made the game much more playable for me also. I immediately felt like TS4 was visually more compelling and aesthetically pleasing than TS3. But there were huge differences I had to adapt to. Still missing some key game features that I miss a lot.
