Any other way to turn into a vampire?
So, for some odd reason, Vlad is no longer a vampire in my current game, i tried adding some new vampires and i guess they dont have the power to turn Sims into vampires. is there another way to turn?

There are several Maxis-made vampire households on the gallery; you could add one of them into the game and ensure at least one has the vampire creation power. (And many player made vampire households as well.)
