There is no interface for the sliders. From what we were told years ago they do not work like Sims 3, adjusting one manipulation point (slider) automatically adjusts other manipulation points around it. I’m sure there are actual values somewhere in the files for where those sliders stand, but as for doing that in-game I do not believe that’s possible.
If you found a Sim that has a particular feature you like my suggestion would be saving that sim and using them as a base to make a different sim. That’s about the closest we can get to custom presets without mods.
